We operate from the United Kingdom and ship worldwide. All our orders are processed through our online store at www.homesoko.com.


🍳 Product Questions

What materials do you use?

Our Yūgen Series pans are crafted from 100% pure titanium, offering durability, lightness, and resistance to corrosion. Titanium is non-toxic, non-reactive, and perfect for both home and outdoor cooking.

Is the titanium pan non-stick?

Titanium itself is not non-stick in the way ceramic or Teflon coatings are. However, when preheated correctly and used with a bit of oil, it offers an excellent cooking surface with natural food release.

Can I use the pan on induction or gas?

Yes, our titanium pans are compatible with all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric, and open flame. They're also oven-safe and suitable for outdoor cooking.

How do I clean the titanium pan?

We recommend hand-washing with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish. Over time, natural patina may develop — this does not affect performance.


🚚 Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

Everywhere. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no matter your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 4–10 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow a short delay for tracking updates to appear.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at homesoko.management@gmail.com with your order number.


📦 Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused or only lightly tested and in its original packaging. Returns due to change of mind or failed delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes — every product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. After the initial 30-day return window, we will repair or replace any item that has genuine manufacturer defects or material faults. No time limit.

What’s not covered under the lifetime guarantee?

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications

  • Cosmetic imperfections from use

  • Lost or stolen items

📬 Delivery Issues

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll make it right. We’ll either resend a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

What if my delivery fails or gets returned to sender?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, we’ll contact you. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned items.
